Benihana commemorates the 40th anniversary since its foundation. Although we had operated 2 restaurants specialized in Korean BBQ called Benihana and grilled meat restaurant called Benitake until 6 years ago, we are now operating only 1 restaurant. BBQ sauce is all homemade and vegetable-based. For grilled meat on skewers, we created original sauce using Miso paste.
